Jim Miller - Managing Partner
Jim has almost 20 years of capital markets, corporate finance and investment advisory experience. He founded Somerset Capital in 1999 and currently manages the business and overseas the private equity practice, covering primaries, secondaries and direct transactions. He is particularly focused on managing client relationships, advising the firm's network of family office investors and overseeing private equity transactions. In 2005 Jim founded the Family Office Roundtable, a networking group for family offices in Europe and internationally. He is advisor to and Director of various family investment firms. Jim previously worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston, BZW and CLS. He graduated with an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University
