Drew Deley - Partner
Drew is responsible for Somerset Capital's real estate practice and assists with relationship management. Through a broad industry network, Drew sources and analyses global real estate opportunities. He further assists investors by coordinating technical due-diligence and deal structuring. Previously, as a real estate investment banker at J.P. Morgan, he established diverse technical and geographical experience, including analysis of direct real estate assets and portfolios, structuring of development private equity vehicles, fund raising and corporate level transactions. His real estate career has spanned Europe, CEE, Middle East and Russia. Drew has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSc in Maths. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and speaks French fluently.
