Drew Deley - Advisor

Drew is Advisor to Somerset Capital. Previously, as a real estate investment banker at J.P. Morgan, he established diverse technical and geographical experience, including analysis of direct real estate assets and portfolios, structuring of development private equity vehicles, fund raising and corporate level transactions. His real estate career has spanned Europe, CEE, Middle East and Russia. Drew has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSc in Maths. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and speaks French fluently.
